    Super Disappointing Experience at Creams Cafe SloughI rarely write reviews, but my experience at Creams Cafe on Windsor Road was so bad that I felt compelled to share. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was shocked by their behavior, especially given the diversity of the community they serve. Being Sikh doesn't give anyone the right to be discriminatory or disrespectful to others, including Muslims.Not only were they rude, but when I raised my concerns, they dismissed me without a second thought. To make matters worse, I never received a refund for my order, which is unacceptable customer service.I even looked into their registration and found that they might not be operating legally—no surprise given the poor conditions I witnessed. Their food hygiene practices seemed questionable at best. I plan on reporting this establishment to the authorities for further investigation.This place is a disgrace to the Asian community and should be ashamed of their behavior. I will never return and urge others to stay away as well. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat!

    Very nice interior. Great waffle, superb ice cream I& the mint green Kinderbueno thick milkshake was as described and very nice. Not silly amounts of extra sugar which kill your throat like some places.Would visit again.Visited //
